Beautiful Soul Spa Suites

I admire the ingenuity and resilience of small-business owners.

After founding Beautiful Soul Spa Suites last year, Jordan Felise, owner/operator, has not only worked through the challenges of 2020 but has grown her business.

In October 2019, we told you about the launch of Beautiful Soul, a unique entrepreneurial concept whose purpose was to help wellness technicians create their own successful business space in a secure, tasteful, cooperative environment and to bring clients a choice of services in a space dedicated to serenity, relaxation and rejuvenation. Jordan had filled half the available studios at that time. Her success continued, filling all eight before the coronavirus brought everyone to a screeching halt.

On May 4, Beautiful Soul reopened, and Jordan and her seven colleagues enthusiastically returned. They were “all very grateful to be back at work,” Jordan said. They were gratified to discover many clients shared the same joy.

Sanitation protocols were a non-issue for Beautiful Soul because they employed stringent cleaning methods before COVID. Controlled entry beforehand could be easily continued after, as well.

Beautiful Soul’s suites still hold the operators we introduced last October: Jordan’s Studio, LLC (specialty skin care, lash extensions and more); Beauty by Natalie Lynne (permanent makeup and scalp); Pretty in Ink (permanent makeup and lash extensions) and Honey Bliss Spray Tanning. New operators include Kaitlyn LeAnn (skin care, lash lifts and more); Spencer Beauty Bar + Spa (permanent makeup, skin care and more); Shop Three Dolls (women’s boutique and personal styling); and Marie McConahay (massage therapy).

What surprised the shop owners is that some clients find Beautiful Soul’s secure, soothing environment so special that they “come early just to hang out, relax and escape the world,” Jordan said.
