Center Park Subdivision

Located approximately ten miles west of downtown Omaha, near the intersection of Center and 156th Street is the quiet and attractive subdivision of Center Park.  With a variety of tri-level, ranch, split-level homes as well as townhomes, this safe and beautifully landscaped neighborhood is perfect for families of all ages and sizes.

Hidden within the heart of Center Park, is a secluded playground and park featuring two tennis courts and a recently constructed basketball court.  The mature trees and landscaping throughout the neighborhood provide shade and beauty along the streets and the walking and biking trails that lead from the area to Zorinsky Park and the nearby Papio Trail.

Multiple neighborhood entrances provide access to West Center Road, 156th Street and 168th Street allowing the nearly 500 families that call Center Park home easy access to shopping, dining and entertainment in the nearby area including the Shoppes at Legacy, Oakview Mall, Village Point and L Street Marketplace.

Center Park is also within close proximity elementary and secondary schools including Harvey Oaks Elementary, Millard North Middle School, Millard North High School, all included in the Millard Public School system as well as private schools such as St. Wenceslaus and VJ Angela Skutt High School.
